TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

RELEASE, WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, CONFIDENTIALITY, DISCLAIMERS & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

RELEASE, WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, CONFIDENTIALITY, DISCLAIMERS & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT:

When “I” is stated, it refers to you, the reader. You, the undersigned individual, have requested the opportunity to participate in a hair extension and business program.

THE LUNA METHOD (extension method created by Ashlee Risko Leeper, ARL, Luna and Mauve LLC) may not be shown or taught to anyone, in any setting of any kind without the written permission of Ashlee Risko Leeper, ARL, Luna and Mauve LLC.

For clarity, this agreement also includes and applies to educator Anastasia Koklamanis, who is collecting payment and delivering instruction directly.

RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY:

In consideration of ARL, Luna and Mauve LLC and Anastasia Koklamanis agreeing to allow you to participate in the Program, you agree on behalf of yourself (and all of your personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, agents, and assigns) to release and discharge ARL, Luna and Mauve LLC, Anastasia Koklamanis, and all related parties (including guest artists, educators, influencers, etc.) from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown) arising out of the use or misuse of The Luna Method or any training occurring during the classes you attend, whether active or passive. You indemnify them from the same.

INFORMED CONSENT REGARDING CONVERSATIONS:

You acknowledge this Program is designed to enhance your hair extension and business skills and may involve sharing sensitive information. ARL, Luna and Mauve LLC, Anastasia Koklamanis, and their representatives are not licensed therapists or mental health professionals. You agree there is (1) no expectation of privacy for shared information and (2) no liability for any advice given before, during, or after the Program.

PHOTOGRAPH & VIDEO RELEASE FORM:

You grant full rights for your image, likeness, and voice to be recorded and used — without payment or approval — by ARL, Luna and Mauve LLC and Anastasia Koklamanis, for educational and promotional purposes including but not limited to conferences, courses, online materials, and videos. This permission is indefinite and without geographic limitation.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

You agree not to share, reproduce, mimic, summarize, or teach any information presented in the Program. All materials and techniques are the intellectual property of ARL, Luna and Mauve LLC. Unauthorized disclosure will result in legal action. You understand The Luna Method is Patent Pending.

TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:

ARL, Luna and Mauve LLC and Anastasia Koklamanis do not own or control any third-party vendors used for travel, lodging, or hospitality. You release them from all responsibility for any delays, injuries, or issues caused by these vendors.

FINANCIAL ADVICE DISCLAIMER:

ARL, Luna and Mauve LLC and Anastasia Koklamanis are not legal, financial, or accounting professionals. You will not rely on any suggestions or opinions shared during the Program as legal or financial advice. You are responsible for consulting your own licensed professionals.

MISCELLANEOUS TERMS:

This is a legally binding contract. You waive your right to bring legal action against ARL, Luna and Mauve LLC and Anastasia Koklamanis. Any claims must be handled in Ohio. You may be removed from the network, Program, or fashion opportunities at any time, for any reason. There is no geographic or time limit to this agreement.

SEVERABILITY:

If any part of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect. Invalid clauses will be replaced with legally valid terms that closely match the intent of the original.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT(S):

You agree this release is broad, legally binding, and without time or location limitation. You may be removed from education or sued at any time for violations. This applies to any future events including Fashion Week.
